Roberta Moore is an established business woman. Ms. Moore is a 2016 graduate of the United States Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Emerging Leaders, accelerated MBA program. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Strayer University a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland University College. Ms. Moore served as a civil servant for the Department of Defense, United States Navy for almost 10 years. She has in-depth skills in the development of operational and strategic business planning as well as operations and marketing experience relating to all aspects of business development with over 17 years of healthcare management and staffing experience. She founded AMOORER, Incorporated in 2002. AMOORER Incorporated is an 8(a) graduate, HUBZone, Woman-Owned Healthcare staffing small business, and Roberta Moore is responsible for its growth and formulation. Ms. Moore won several multi-million dollar healthcare staffing contracts with the federal government and private industry. She secured a full and open United States Army Wide Locum Tenens contract to provide locum tenens physicians within Continental United States – including locations such as Hawaii and Puerto Rico. She is responsible for setting revenue targets and managing P&L for divisions. She has extensive management experience in developing and defending budgets in support of government programs. Ms. Moore has detailed experience in financial and business planning and developing policies and procedures appropriate for management of government and private industry programs.
Ms. Moore’s target audience, through AMOORER, Inc., has been Military Treatment Facilities throughout the United States providing them with staff from Physicians to Allied Health Professionals. As CEO, Ms. Moore, demonstrates a unique combination of qualifications that enables her to optimally serve the objectives of her customers, and has a reputation as a creative problem solver and effective manager capable of making a significant contribution to the corporate bottom-line. A structured approach coupled with results-oriented philosophy ensures that products and services are delivered on time and within budget. She offers a wide range of capabilities and resources to satisfy all technical and managerial client needs. Ms. Moore’s core capability is in physician and multidisciplinary personal and non-personal healthcare services. Providing physician services for the United States Military includes hard to fill designated locations. Ms. Moore acquired, staffed and managed 150 employees at Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC) later to become Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC). Ms. Moore staffed and managed all levels of healthcare professionals to include Locum Tenens Physicians, Nurses, Mid-Level Providers, Behavioral Health professionals, Occupational Health professional’s ambulatory, other ancillary providers and allied health professionals to include but not limited to Neurosurgeons, telemedicine physicians, Neonatologist, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Obstetrics and Gynecologist (OBGYN), Emergency Medicine Physicians, Forensic Psychology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Respiratory Therapy. In human resource management terms, Ms. Moore primarily operates under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 621111, health practitioners primarily engaged in the independent practice of general or specialized medicine.
